Terms and Conditions of Return
Fabbri Boutiques wants the customer to be satisfied. So when there are problems with the order, within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order the customer may return one or more items and request either a refund or a size change.
All products purchased on fabbriboutiques.com are tagged. We therefore invite the customer to try the product without removing the card in such a way that it can return it intact.
Fabbri Boutiques srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or shipped late returns.
For products purchased on fabbriboutiques.com, the customer is responsible for the return.
Return in four steps
- make sure the products are in the same condition as they have been received, with identification and packaging tags;
- submit a return request via e-mail at email@example.com by entering the order number specifying exactly what you want to return (article number) and why;
- in case the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the authorization to send back the product and the pre-printed label to be applied on the original box to cover the forward label;
- it will be directly Fabbri Boutiques srl to contact the courier for the withdrawal by communicating customer address and contacts.
Methods and times of refund
The refund will be made after receiving the return at our warehouse and after the checks have been made. Product integrity verification may take up to 5 business days.
the refund takes the following time:
- within 3 working days for purchases by credit card, counted starting from the confirmation from our warehouse. The time to view the refund on your account may vary depending on your institution.
- for cash purchases, the refund will be made on the account indicated by the customer. Refunds will be made within 5 business days after the warehouse confirmation. The refunded amount will be visible on the account statement within a few days.
